At Karhu, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn products in their original Karhu shoebox or packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
